A boy named Monkey D. Luffy, inspired by his childhood hero
\"Red-Haired\" Shanks, sets out on a journey to find One Piece, the
legendary treasure of the King of the Pirates, Gol D Roger. To
accomplish this, he must reach the end of the most deadly and dangerous
ocean: The Grand Line.
Luffy captains the Straw Hat Pirates first through the sea of East Blue
and then through the Grand Line. He follows the path of the deceased
King of the Pirates, Gol D. Roger, from island to island on his way to
the great treasure One Piece. On his way his crew grows to have a
swordsman- Pirate Hunter Roronoa Zoro, a navigator-Cat thief Nami, a
sniper-Sokeking Ussop, a ****- Black leg Sanji, a doctor- Tony Tony
Choppa, an archaeologist-Nico Robin, a shipwright- Cyborg Franky, and a
musician- Dead Bone Brook.
During the course of the story, the crew contend with both other less
moral pirate crews and the Marines. The latter are the subordinates of
the corrupt World Government, who apparently seek justice by ending the
Golden Age of Pirates. Many background story elements involve the
delicate balance of power between the World Government and the world\'s
most powerful pirate crews, especially the yonkou, the four most
powerful pirates in the world.

Roger est le seigneur des pirates. A sa mort, une grande vague de
piraterie s'abat sur le monde. Ces pirates partent à la recherche du

histoire commence dans un petit village dans lequel une bande de
pirates réside depuis un an. Monkey D. Luffy, notre héros, est un petit
garcon qui rêve de devenir pirate et demande inlassablement à Shanks le
Roux, le chef des pirates, de le prendre dans son équipage. Celui-ci
refuse évidemment à chaque fois en le tournant en ridicule. [/b]

jour, Luffy mange par erreur le trésor des pirates qui n'est autre que
l'un des fruits du démon, qui ont la réputation de donner des pouvoirs
spéciaux. C'est ainsi que Luffy devient un homme élastique. Toutefois,
le mangeur d'un fruit du démon se retrouve dans l'incapacité de nager...[/b]

ans plus tard, nous retrouvons Luffy qui décide de prendre la mer à la
